About Austim

Austim is a family-owned Perth timber supplier established in 1985. From a 16,000 square metre facility in Perth’s northern suburbs, it supplies decking, cladding and decorative and structural timbers to building, construction, trade and retail customers.

Austim needed a dependable way for customers to pay online. Payments have to be secure, reliable and easy to use – and they have to keep working when banks change their gateways.

Ocean’s work centred on this payment infrastructure; it did not include Austim’s main website.
